The "Aquarium du Périgord" and the "Terre des Oiseaux" (the "Perigord aquarium" and "Land of the birds") are both located in Le Bugue ( 11 miles / 18 Km's to the north-east).

The Ecological Walnut museum awaits you near Castelnaud(about 12 miles / 19 Km's to the west)

The falconry show is very interesting and fun. And it is not far, in the Château des Milandes (together with the Josephine Baker museum)

If you are into bird watching, you have a huge variety of birds to watch. If you're not, you can just take enormous pleasure in watching the herons and /or wild swans nest on the opposite riverbank
