Notes on rental rates (See also the rental agreement)
A non-refundable 30% hold deposit is required on any booking, and the balance is due 45 days prior to the holiday. We strongly recommend taking out Travel Insurance to cover cancellation.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation the owners can only refund the balance payments if they are able to re-let the property for the same period. Any costs involved will be borne by the client. A refundable Security deposit of 1000 € is payable with the balance payment to cover breakages, excessive cleaning, or unpaid phone bills. This will be returned after departure, no later then 30 days after you vacated the premises, provided all is in order. If the reservation was cancelled the security deposit will be returned at once.
Rental process: To make a reservation (After having checked availability in our calendar) start by filling and submitting the booking request. Having done that, print and sign the rental agreement and send it by fax (or a scanned copy with your signature can be sent by e-mail).
Once you've sent the signed rental agreement, you will be contacted by the owners and given payment instrucions.
At that stage the availability calendar will be updated (till the hold deposit is received it will be set to "Tentative/Requested", after the deposit is received, another update will follow, to set the dates to a "Reserved" status).
~~In low and mid seasons, reduced rates can be negotiated with the owners for rental period of 3+ weeks~~
Check in time is on Saturday 5:00 to 6:00PM. Check out time is on the following Saturday no later then 10:00AM.
